ComSciCon empowers graduate students to become better science communicators by providing workshops, training, and opportunities to share their research with diverse audiences. Our event aims to support young scientists in building confidence, communication skills, and meaningful community connections. Your donation will help make this conference possible and ensure participants can benefit from this valuable experience. Every contribution brings us one step closer to inspiring the next generation of science leaders.
About ComSciCon
ComSciCon was founded in 2012 by graduate students from Harvard University, MIT, and the University of Colorado Boulder as a national workshop series dedicated to strengthening science communication among graduate students. Since then, ComSciCon has grown into a broader initiative that supports workshops tailored to specific graduate student communities within universities, disciplines, and regions.
Through these chapter workshops, attendees gain hands-on experience in communicating their research and scholarship to broad and diverse audiences. Participants also have the opportunity to learn from and interact with leaders in science and technical communication from their local communities.
